Ms. Smith career spans more than 42 years at KG being involved in all aspects of operations including positions as Executive Secretary and Controller. The last 15 years she has managed and overseen all of the order processing, warehousing, scheduling, furniture installation and shipping for KG.
Ms. Smith has an extensive background and experience in all facets of KG operations. She has worked as a Secretary, Order Department Clerk and in the accounting department among others. Her experience in all these different areas allows her to understand every detail necessary to deliver great customer service.
