During his career Mr. Zandi has served as principal designer and project architect for a wide range of projects with budgets exceeding $72MM including financial, medical, commercial, fraternal and religious facilities throughout the Midwest. His knowledge and experience with a vast range of building types and construction techniques provides Bob with the skills and expertise to value engineer creative designs so our clients maximize the value of their construction budget.

Johnson Bank, Racine, Wisconsin. New 5,000 SF telephone banking center. This state of the art facility addressed the growing demand for telephone and on-line banking.
Educator’s Credit Union, Racine, Wisconsin. 2,500 SF renovation of existing building into new credit union facility.
Grace Church, Caledonia, Wisconsin. New 72,000 SF religious facility that integrates speaking, theatre and music into their worship experience.
Norway Town Hall, Town of Norway, Wisconsin. New 20,000 SF town hall that integrated multiple functions into a single facility. The design-build approach to this project allowed the owner to value engineer thousands of dollars from this project without reducing any quality.
