Architectural Planning

Our seasoned architects create aesthetically pleasing buildings, while designing space that is efficient yet appeals to the senses. This delicate balance has been derived from years of experience. Our team is experienced in bank and credit union architectural planning as well as medical facilities, educational buildings and general commercial space.

One of the most important aspects of our design philosophy is to create space that will impress, both today and tomorrow.

We make use of long-range planning to help analyze trends in the industry so that new building construction or remodeling projects have longevity and timeless appeal. This important and conscious effort provides our clients with buildings that look great now and in the future.

Site Design

Our project team is involved in the site design as requested by our clients. In any building site analysis or construction site analysis, many factors will affect the overall success of the building upon completion, some of which are:

  • Surrounding facilities, within walking distance, which complement the location.
  • Ease of access from major and secondary streets to the building site.
  • Major highway access.
  • Neighborhood considerations where the building will be located.
  • Placement of the building on proposed site.

By focusing all of our professional resources into each project, our collective experience provides our clients with the best possible building site.
